Lidia’s answer: A divorce complaint can be filed in PA for as long as at least one of the spouses has been the resident of the state for the past 6 months. The custody issue is way too complex to discuss on this forum though. You need to retain an experienced family law attorney to deal with custody and may be have a custody order by agreement
