I got a speeding ticket 86mph in 65mph in Grove city, PA. I am an out-of-state driver. Can I request for a “trial by mail” ?

Lidia’s answer: There is no trial by mail in PA. You either plead guilty, get the points and pay the fines or plead not guilty and request a hearing
