Lidia’s answer: Prenup is always a good idea. Not only can a good one withstand the scrutiny, it is unlikely to be litigated at all. When people know exactly what they are getting into, they will be less inclined to waste their resources in court (unless we are talking about Kathryn Zeta Jones and George Clooney)
