Lidia’s answer: This question has been asked and answered many times. Charge of aggravated assault means that you were badly injured, otherwise, your bf would have been charged with simple assault. It is not up to you whether to testify and something tells me that this story will repeat itself many times unless you go through with your testimony. The pattern of abuse is there.
