Lidia’s answer: Before I answer the question I will assume that you are in PA despite he fact that you called the action “Divorce Petition” while it is called “Complaint” in PA. It looks like everything is agreed on. You may want to have a written agreement and incorporate it in a Divorce Decree. You do not need a hearing.
