Lidia’s answer: Technically, there is no custody provision but sometimes authorities will check for consent to travel if a child is traveling with one parent. You have no way of knowing if it will happen either here or in Egypt. But you can instruct your wife that it might happen and she should have a consent from you and should come back on time. You can also file an Emergency Petition for Custody and have a Stipulated Order for travel entered that would provide for travel time. In short, you need an experienced family law attorney in your area.
