Can u be ticketed by police if police weren’t present during the “alleged” driving offense, (driving while license suspended)??

Lidia’s answer: Driving while suspended is a serious offense. Driving while suspended for DUI is even worse as it carries mandatory minimum jail time. I would not advise to proceed without an attorney
