You may try and utilize services of a mediator. However, beware that there are different approaches to mediation (mainly three). One is that judges utilize to settle a case where they tell you what the likely outcome is thus pushing you into a decision. Another extreme is, when a mediator is there but will give you no advice whatsoever but will try and utilize different approaches to help you agree on something. You may want a middle ground approach.
